Browser-side comparison desk for paper drafts

PaperDiff is the manuscript-comparison desk on Martin’s public surface. It keeps draft review close to the browser: paste two versions, upload working files, and inspect changes line by line without sending the text elsewhere.

The current surface supports direct text, Markdown, DOCX, and PDF inputs. Its job is narrower than SCRIPTO: SCRIPTO builds a bounded writing packet, while PaperDiff compares two versions after revision has already happened.

Inside the tool family, PaperDiff sits between listening and building. ECHO lets a draft be heard, PaperDiff lets two drafts be inspected, and SCRIPTO turns bounded materials into a manuscript-facing packet.
